INGREDIENT
For CHOLE (छोले)
Kabuli Chana (काबुली चना (छोले) - 2 Cup 250 gm
Onion (प्याज) – 2 medium Chopped
Tomato (टमाटर) - 3 medium grated
Ginger -Garlic Paste (अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट) - 2 tbsp
Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च) - 3 chopped
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds (जीरा) - 1 tsp
Bay Leaf (तेज पत्ता )
Black Cardamom (काली इलायची)
Black Pepper (काली मिर्च)
Cinnamon दालचीनी
Salt (नमक) - 2 tsp
Turmeric (हल्दी) - 1tsp
Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1 tsp
Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर) - 2 tsp
Chana Masala (चना मसाला) - 3 tbsp
OIl (तेल) - 4 tbsp
FOR BHATURE (भठूरे)
Maida (मैदा) - 3 cup or 200 gm
Sooji (सूजी) - 1 cup or 50 gm
Curd (दही) - 1 cup or 100 gm
Salt (नमक ) - 1 tsp or as per taste
Soda Water (सोडा - वाटर) - 100 ml
