Today we'll learn how to make bharwan Karela. Bitter Gourd (करेले) is one vegetable which is not liked by the people due to its bitterness but in my recipe I will share few tips which will help to remove bitterness and make this dish very delicious.

INGREDIENT
For Karela ki Sabzi (करेले की सब्जी )
Bitter Gourd (करेले) - 250 gm
Onion (प्याज) – 2 medium (grated)
Raw mango (कच्चा आम) - 1 tbsp
Kalonji (कलौंजी ) - 1/2 tsp
Fennel Seeds (सौफ) - 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर) - 1 tsp
Turmeric (हल्दी) - 1/2 tsp
Salt (नमक) - 3 tbsp or as per taste
Mustard oil (सरसों का तेल ) – 5 tbsp
